1. To prepare for brick kit installation, fi rst remove the glass door and the logs/rocks
as per the installation instructions.
2. Remove the exhaust baffl e and front baffl e (HD series only). (Figure 1)
3. Remove the screws from the top right and left side of the fi rebox and from the
bottom right and left hand corners of the burner base. (Figure 1 / Figure 3)
4. Center the rear brick panel against the back of the fi rebox.
5. Place the right brick panel against the right side of the fi rebox, tight to the rear
brick panel.
NOTE: Excess material may be trimmed using a utility knife.
6. Secure the panels using the screws that were removed in Step 3 and the retainer
brackets provided. (Figure 2 / Figure 3)
7. Repeat Steps 4 to 5 for left side.
8. Reposition the front baffl e,
exhaust baffl e (HD series only)
and logs/rocks. Re-install the
glass door.
