Instructions for storage
Preparations for lengthy out-of-use period
Over a lengthy out-of-use period with the sealing cap closed, the presence of residual standing water can
lead to germ load and the formation of organic deposits. Lime deposits can form in the course of a lengthy
storage period with the sealing cap open.
To ensure correct operation of the product, comply with the following points:
Empty the water tank before putting the unit into storage.
When work is finished, allow the pump to run on with the hose connected for about 10 seconds to pump
residual water out of the system.
When emptying the tank, position the cordless water tank higher than the end of the hose. This precaution
helps ensure that no water remains in the hose.
Storage at low temperatures
If possible, store the cordless water tank in a dry location where temperatures do not drop below
freezing.
Follow the instructions for preparation for a lengthy out-of-use period.
If you suspect that water has frozen inside the system, take the cordless water tank to a warm place and
wait until the ice has melted.
