Disconnect the device and let t cool before any manipulation
The accessories (grid, enamelled tray and spit) can be washed
in a dishwasher
Clean the door with hot water and some washing liquid.
To clean the bottom part of the oven, you can lift slightly the
heating element.
This oven is fitted with self-cleaning flasks covered with a
porous enamel which absorb fats. Never scratch walls with
cutting objects and do not use detergent products.
Some projections of greasy particles on tubes quartz are nor-
mally volatilized. If however some spots had to persist, clean
them with a cotton stamp soaked with alcohol, after complete
cooling of the oven.
Precautions
To avoid projections and smokes, we advise you to pour
some water in the enameled tray.
The door of your oven can be hot, it is thus necessary to use
the door handle to open your oven and to keep it out of the
reach of children.
Your oven is equipped with self-cleaning flasks, here is some
recommendations allowing you to increase their longevity:
1) After a fat cooking, let the oven working ampty for about
15 mm in position traditional oven with the door open and
thermostat at maximum power.
2) In case of important spatters, wipe the flasks with a wet
sponge after complete cooling of the oven.
To evacuate quickly cooking condensation, always let the
oven cooling down with the door open.
