4. Prüfen und Einstellen von Kontakten
Für die sichere Funktion aller Schaltkontakte
ist größte Sauberkeit der Kontaktflächen und
genaue Einstellung der Kontakte unbedingte
Voraussetzung.
4.1 Kontakt für Motorregelung
K 6 4000 Report L bzw.
K 3 4200/4400 Report Stereo
Der Kontakt K 6 bzw. K 3 wird über das Ge-
stänge für Vor- und Rücklauf betätigt.
4.11 Prüfen
Sind die Tasten Vor- bzw. Rücklauf gedrückt,
so muß K 6 bzw. K 3 geschlossen sein. Der
Abstand der geöffneten
voneinander muß ca. 1 mm betragen. Der
Kontakt muß bereits geschlossen sein, bevor
die Rück- bzw. Vorlauffriktion erfolgt.
4.12 Einstellen (siehe Abb. 13)
Die Einstellung erfolgt nach Lockern der
Schraube (A) und Drehen des Haltewinkels
(B). Schraube (A) anschließend festziehen.
4.2 Stummkontakt (K 5)
Der Kontakt K 5 wird über den Steuerschieber
für die Aufwickelkupplung betätigt. Er entfällt
bei 4200/4400 Report Stereo.
4.21 Prüfen
In Ruhestellung des Andruckarmes muß K 5
geschlossen sein. Bei dem langsamen Nie-
derdrücken der Taste „Start" darf der Kontakt
erst kurz vor Erreichen der Arbeitsstellung
des Andruckarmes geöffnet werden. Der
Abstand der geöffneten Kontaktflächen muß
ca. 1 mm betragen.
4.22 Einstellen (siehe Abb. 14)
Die Einstellung erfolgt bei gedrückter Start-
taste. Nach Lösen der Schraube (A) wird der
Haltewinkel (B) so lange gedreht, bis der
Abstand der geöffneten Kontaktflächen ca. 1
mm beträgt. Schraube (A)
festziehen.
4. Checking and Adjusting
Switching Contacts
Extreme cleanliness of the contact surfaces
and akkurate adjustment of the contacts are
indispensable prerequisites for the depend-
able performance of all switching contacts.
4.1 Motor Control
(4000 Report L) or K 3 (4200/4400 Report
Stereo)
The contact K 6/K 3 is actuated by the fast
forward/rewind mechanism.
4.11 Check
When either the fast forward or the rewind key
is depressed, K6/K3 must be closed. When the

contact is open, the clearance between the
contact points must be approximately 1 mm
(0.04'). The contact must already be closed
before the fast forward function or the rewind
function respectively sets in.
4.12 Adiustment (see Fig. 13)
Siacken the screw (A) and pivot the mounting
angle (B). Then tighten the screw (Q),
4.2 Short-Circuit Contact K 5
The contact K 5 is actuated by the süding
control member of the take-up clutch.
Stereophonic recorders do not have a short-
circuit contact K 5.
4.21 Check
When the pressure arm is in its rest position,
the contact K 5 must be closed. When the
start key is slowly depressed, the contact
spring assembly must break the contact only
shortly before the pressure arm reaches its
operating position. When the contact is open,
the clearance between the contact points
must be approximately 1 mm (0.04").
4.22 Adiustment (see Fig. 14)
The adjustment is made while the start key is
in its depressed position. Siacken the screw
(A) and turn the mounting angle (B) until the
desired clearance of approximately 1 mm

4.11 Contrble
Le contact K 6/K 3 doit ätre ferme dans la po-
sition enfoncäe des touches •Däfilement ac-
cälärä en avant• et •Däfilement accäläre en
arriäre-. L'ecart des lames de contact dost
etre d'environ 1 mm. Le contact K6/K3 doitse
fermer avant que les roues ä friction assurant
le defilement accälärä n'entrent en mouve-
ment.
4.12 Räglage (voir fig. 13)
Le reglage s'opäre apres le desserrage de la
vis (A) par le deplacement de I'äquerre de
retenue (B). Resserrer ensuite la vis (A).
4.2 Contact -muet- K 5
Le contact K 5 est actionnä par le curseur de
commande affectä ä I'embrayage d'enroule-
ment de la bande.
Le contact •muet- K5 n'existe pas dans les
magnätophones stäräophoniques.
4.21 Contrble
Le contact K 5 doit ätre fermö dans la position
de repos du bras de pression. Lorsque la
touche «Start- est enfoncäe lentement, le
contact K 5 ne doit s'ouvrir que peut avent la
position de travail du bras de pression.
L'ecart des lames de contact est d'environ 1
mm.
4.22 Räglage (voir fig. 14)
Enfoncer la touche «Start». Desserrer la vis
(A) et d6placer I'äquerre de retenue (B) jus-
qu'ä ce qu'un äcart de 1 mm existe entre les
lames de contact. Resserrer ensuite la vis
(A).
