4.2 To stop the product

Caution! The cutting blade continues to rotate after the product is
stopped. Do not start the product before all moving parts are
completely stopped.

Release the operation handle (2) to stop the product. (Figure 1)

Pull out the power plug when the product is not in use.

4.3 To use the product

Caution! Do not overload the motor. If the motor is overloaded there
is a different sound from the motor, stop the product and disconnect the
power plug. Refer to "4.2 To stop the product" on page 19. Make sure
that the product does not cut more than 1/3 of the height of the grass.
Adjust the mowing height. Refer to "4.3.2 To adjust the mowing height"
on page 19. Make sure that the cutting blade is not blocked. Let the
motor become cool and start the product.

Set the correct mowing height. Refer to "4.3.2 To adjust the mowing
height" on page 19.

Put the product at the edge of the lawn, close to the mains supply.

Start the product, and keep the hold of the operation handle.

Work in direction from the mains supply.

Make sure that the power cord is on the grass that is cut.
4.3.1 To mow high grass

Remove the grass containers (4, 5). (Figure 1)

Adjust the mowing height to the highest position. Refer to "4.3.2 To
adjust the mowing height" on page 19.

Mow the lawn. Refer to "4.3 To use the product" on page 19.

Collect the grass.

Make sure that the grass to be cut is dry.

Install the grass collectors (4,5). (Figure 1)

Mow the lawn with the highest mowing height.

Adjust the mowing height to a lower height and mow the lawn.
Repeat if it is necessary.
4.3.2 To adjust the mowing height
Note! Adjust all wheels to the same height.
Note! Select a higher mowing height for long grass. The bottom
position gives the highest mowing height, and reverse. Only use the
lowest mowing height for very smooth lawn and short grass.

Release the operation handle (2) to stop the product. Make sure that
all moving parts have completely stopped. (Figure 1)

Adjust the wheels to set the mowing height to 20, 40 or 60 mm.
A. Pull the 2 ends of the front axle forward and move to the required
position. (Figure 6)

B. Pull the 2 ends of the rear axle along the track, lift the wheels and
move them to the required position. (Figure 7)

5 Maintenance

5.1 To do maintenance on the product

Warning! Stop the product and pull out the power cord before cleaning
and maintenance of the product. Refer to "4.2 To stop the product" on
page 19.
● Make sure that the moving parts have completely stopped before you
clean the ejector and remove blockage.
● Always replace a damaged blade. If the blade is not damaged, replace it
after 50 working hours or after 2 years, whichever comes first. Refer to
"5.2 To replace a cutting blade" on page 19.
● If an object has been cut, do a check of the product. If damaged, repair
before you operate the product.
● If the product vibrations increase, do a check of the product. Make sure
that the product is not damaged. Replace or repair damaged parts. Make
sure that screws and loose parts are tight.
● Regularly do a check of the grass containers.

5.2 To replace a cutting blade

Warning! Always wear gloves when you replace a cutting blade.
Warning! Make sure that the cutting blade is balanced. A cutting blade
that is not balanced cause vibration that can result in personal injury.

Stop the product and pull out the power cord. Refer to "4.2 To stop the
product" on page 19.

Make sure that all moving parts have completely stopped.

Put the product on its side.

Hold 1 end of the cutting blade firmly.

Loosen the retaining screw with the supplied spanner.

Carefully remove the cutting blade.

Put the new blade above the guide pins. The text on the cutting blade
should be out. Make sure to attach the new blade with the edges
against the motor.

Tighten the retaining screw.

Put the product on its wheels.

6 Storage

6.1 To put the product in long-term storage

Follow the instructions below if the product is not to be used for 1 month or
more.

Disconnect the power plug.

Clean all parts of the product. Empty and clean the grass container.

Apply oil to all parts that do not have color-paint, to prevent corrosion.

Cover the product and keep it in a dry area.
