Screw the cap back on (tighten gently) and close the slider air valve.

Pressurise the tank to the maximum level permitted by law (never more than 7 bars) using the bayonet
connection (only use compressed air). In the FOAM and TURBO versions, keep the machine connected to
the compressed air supply even when using the equipment.

Open the detergent tap by turning the lever towards the rilsan hose (spiral)

Press the trigger (in the TURBO versions rotate the lever) on the grip and spray the product uniformly
from bottom to top. DO NOT SPRAY IN THE DIRECTION OF PEOPLE OR ANIMALS
In the FOAM versions, refrigerate the required quantity of foam. The quality of the foam depends on the

AIR / LIQUID ratio; the more air there is in the mixture, the denser the foam will be. To change this ratio,
adjust the relative proportioning taps.

Some versions feature a small tap in the lower part of the cylinder. After use, vent the compressed air and
open this tap to drain any remaining liquid.
5.2 AFTER USE
After using the nebuliser clean it as shown in the paragraph on maintenance.
6.1 CLEANING
The nebuliser must always be drained and cleaned after use.
The metal parts subject to external agents are usually treated and/or painted for improved resistance.
Clean metal parts with water and soap or a mild detergent. In order to protect the machine and keep it looking good,
polish it with car wax after washing.
Check the safety valves are in good working order on a regular basis.
Check the inside of the cylinder and the pneumatic components (taps, pressure gauges, hoses, unions,
etc.) on a regular basis.
Repairs or operations must always be carried out by qualified and skilled personnel.
6.2 DEMOLITION
Before demolishing the nebuliser remove the cap from the cylinder, separate plastic components and send them to
authorised collection centres in compliance with current law.
7.1 ORDERING SPARE PARTS
Please bear in mind that only a qualified technician may repair the machine.
Always use original spare parts.
