3.2 EXPECTED USE

This product nebulises liquids and is used to distribute detergents or disinfectants.
Do not use it to store compressed air.
3.3 SPECIAL PRECAUTIONS
No special precautions need to be taken as long as the machine is used by qualified staff and the warnings
shown in this manual are complied with.

3.4 FUNCTIONAL SAFETY DEVICES

The nebulisers are fitted with an overpressure valve which prevents the internal pressure of the cylinder from
exceeding the limit established by current national law or 7 Bar, whichever is lowest.

3.5 PLATES

WARNING PLATES HAVE BEEN ATTACHED TO THE MACHINE FOR SAFETY PURPOSES
AND MUST THEREFORE NOT BE REMOVED, COVERED OR DAMAGED.

4.1 TRANSPORT AND STORAGE

Make sure that all packing material (bags, boxes, pallets, hooks) has been stored in a safe place,
out of reach of children.

4.2 PREPARATION

Check the contents of the pack on receipt. If you notice any irregularities and/or damage, do not use the machine.
Some parts are supplied unassembled for packing purposes. When assembling, follow the relative instructions shown in
this Use and Maintenance Manual.
The following preparatory operations must be carried out and checked each time you use the
equipment:
check the product is not damaged

check the accessories are correctly fitted
•
make a general inspection of all the components
•
If the equipment does not appear to be suitable for correct and safe operation, it must be PUT
OUT OF SERVICE and the cap removed until it is repaired or the damaged components are
replaced.

5.1 USE

1. Check the tank is not pressurised before removing the cap.
2. Open the slider air valve to depressurise the tank.
3. Remove the cap and fill the tank with product to a maximum of 70% through the funnel in its upper part.

Always observe the recommended operating pressure (indicated in this Use and
Maintenance Manual)
Make sure all the operations described in the paragraphs on maintenance and
preparation are carried out on a regular basis.
