MALFUNCTION
Machine does not start
No water pressure

Malfunction table

At a possible malfunction one can consult the table mentioned below and if you
obtain on this basis no solution, we advise to contact a DiBO- technician and/or
a recognized DiBO- representative.
CAUSE
• Electrical supply not connected
• Net fuse defect
• Main switch on "0"
• Rest malfunctions
• Few water supply
• Filter blocked
• Air in water supply (leaks in water
supply)
• Nozzle or lance blocked or worn-
out.
• Pressure regulator defect
• Rest malfunctions
• No return valve in filter defect
• Suction pipe
• Suction filter stuffed-up
• Product tank empty
• Spray pressure to high
• Burner switch not on position "1"
• No fuel present in the tank
• Temperature sensor defective
• Rest of malfunctions
• Net fuse defect
• Put burner switch not on position "1"
• Electrical motor defective
• Temperature too low or working
pressure to high

SOLUTION
• Connect the electrical supply
• Check net fuse
• Put main switch on "1"
• Consult an expert
• Repair water supply
• Clean/replace filter cartridge
• Put machine completely without
power! Repair leaks in supply.
• Clean or replace

• Replace suction filter
• Repair suction pipe

• Refill or replace tank
