Put the ON-OFF switch to the middle position to switch off the egg cooker. Then
open the lid.
Remove the egg holder along with the eggs using the handle and rinse the eggs
under cold running water. This makes it easy to remove the eggshells.
Note: It is advisable to clean the appliance after each use. When cleaning, please
refer to the information provided under section 6 of this operating manual.
5. Keep-warm function
The keep-warm function is suitable only for hard boiled eggs. Rinse the eggs
under cold running water, before using the keep-warm function.
Note: There should not be any water in the bowl when using the keep-warm
function.
Place the egg holder in the appliance. Now place the eggs in the holder with the
hole facing upwards and close the lid.
Now press the ON-OFF switch provided on the front side of the appliance to the
right in order to start the keep-warm function. The indicator starts glowing.
Put the ON-OFF switch back to the middle position to stop the process.

6. Cleaning
Please follow these instructions when cleaning to avoid injuries and damage to
the appliance:
• Switch off the appliance before cleaning and allow it to cool
down.
• Ensure that the mains plug is disconnected from the socket.
• Do not open the appliance.
• Do not immerse the appliance in liquids.
• Do not use any cleaning agents or solvents.
