can be performed by combining basic movements, with or without foot rebound.

important than height.

SUPERVISOR:
• Learn the safety rules and practice basic jumps
• Enforce all safety rules and ensure that new users properly learn the basic moves before making more difficult moves.
• All users of all levels and ages should be monitored.
• Make the necessary checks before starting the activity: Condition of trampoline, wear, cleanliness ... (see above).
• Secure the trampoline after use to prevent unsupervised use.
• Ensure that the safety card is fully present and legible on the trampoline frame.
You should always ride properly and off the trampoline to prevent injuries. To fit correctly, you must place your hand
on the frame and roll on the trampoline mat. Do not step directly on the frame pad or cling to it. To descend properly,
move closer to the edge of the trampoline and place your hand on the support frame kneeling on the frame pad. Climb
down the ladder while standing trampoline. Help young children to get on and off the trampoline.
Do not bounce recklessly on the trampoline as this will increase the risk of injury. The key to safety and pleasure of use
is the control and management of the various rebounds. Never try to jump higher than your size! Never use the
trampoline alone without supervision.
Use of alcohol or drugs: Do not consume alcohol or drugs using the trampoline! This increases the risk of injury
because these foreign substances impair your judgment, reaction time and overall physical coordination.
Banging on the springs or the frame: When using the trampoline, stay in the center of the mat. This will reduce the
risk of injury on the frame or springs. Always keep the frame pad covering the trampoline structure. DO NOT jump or
climb on the edge of the frame directly (not designed for that).
Loss of control: DO NOT try difficult maneuvers, or any maneuvers until you have mastered the previous maneuver,
or if you are just learning to jump on a trampoline. If you do, you will increase the risk of injury by falling on the frame
or springs because you may lose control of your jump. A jump is considered controlled when you fall on your starting
point.
