Wait until the heating rod has cooled down
completely before storing the Sous Vide Cooker.
The appliance must be completely dry before
being put stored.
Keep the appliance in a dry place, out of the
reach of children.
Protect it from strong sunlight.

CAUTION
Risk of electric shock!
The improper repair or a defective part
in the Sous Vide Cooker can lead to an
electric shock.
Do not operate the Sous Vide Cooker
if any part (e.g. the power cord) is
damaged.
All repairs and maintenance should
be performed by an authorised
service technician.
Malfunction
The Sous Vide Cooker doesn't turn on.
Error code "ER 1
- Low water level –
Water level is below the "MIN"
marketing.
Error code "ER 2"
- Overheated -
The Sous Vide Cooker is too hot.
Error code "ER 3" / "ER 4
Temperature sensor defective

Accessories

Please use only bags and rolls that are
specifically designed for vacuum packing and
sealing food.
We recommend using original Leifheit
accessories.
It may be necessary to state the Sous Vide
Cooker program version.
To do this press the
simultaneously when in standby mode; display
B shows the version number (e.g. R04) for ap-
prox. 5 seconds, then the appliance automatic-
ally switches back to standby mode.
Check that the appliance is properly connected to
the power supply.
Check the power cord for damage.
Top-up with water (the water level must be between
the "MIN" and "MAX" marks before the appliance is
switched on again.
Check if there is enough water in the container.
Wait a few minutes for the appliance to cool down
before restarting.
Do not use the Sous Vide Cooker, disconnect the mains
plug from the power outlet.
