Operating instructions
This appliance can be operated by both remote control and manual button. Once the unit has been
properly connected to an earthed electrical outlet, turn on the main switch located in front of the
appliance. A beep should be heard when the power is first applied.

Operating by Manual Button

Manual on/off switch: The power switch supplies power to all of the functions of the fireplace.
This switch must be in the 'on' position for any of the functions including the remote to work.

Flame button: By pressing the flame effect button the unit will cycle through three flames.

Heater button: Press once Heater button left hand heater on. Press again turns left hand heater off
and right hand heater on.
Press third time turns left and right hand heater off. There are 3 levels you can cycle through
including the off setting.

Thermostat setting: 1-9 Step, room temperature is around 9-34 °C, room temperature is too high,
please turn the thermostat knob counter-clockwise direction. If you need to turn on the heater, you
can turn the thermostat knob clockwise direction.
Note: It is possible that if the room temperature is higher than the thermostat setting it will
not come into operation and the heater will remain off until the temperature of the room
cools.
Operating by Remote Handset

Make sure the battery is installed properly in the remote control.

The effective range of the remote control is up to 4 meters or 13 feet.

Power On/Off button: The Power button will put the fireplace in a standby mode. This will turn off
all functions at once but will hold the settings in memory.
Except Heater function, by pressing the button again the unit will turn on at the same settings.

Flame effect button: The fire has three flame effects, by pressing the flame effect button the
unit will cycle through each effect.

High button: Press once turns Fan on, 8s later High heat on. Press again turns heat off. 8s later fan
off.

Low button: Press once turns Fan on, and 8s later Low heat on. Press again turns heat off. 8s later
Fan off.
To Reset the Heater
The appliance is fitted with an protection system. The heater includes a protection system that shuts off the
heater if it overheats for any reason:

Turn unit to off.

Unplug unit wait 5 minutes.

Plug in and turn on.

Remote control functions
In order to protect the product not becoming too hot, there is 8s delay when turning on the heater,
also there is 8s delay when turning off the heater fan.
