Using Line-Out

You can easily connect a ZonePlayer 90's audio output to the audio inputs on your
home theater, stereo, or powered speakers. For help with this step, you can go to our
Web site at http://faq.sonos.com/cables, or you can review the Quick Start poster
packaged with your Sonos Bundle 250.
Controlling the volume from your Sonos system
Once you've selected the proper input channel on your receiver, adjust your home

theater or amplifier's volume to typical listening volume.
If the line-out level on this ZonePlayer is not currently set to Variable, you will

need to change it:
• Using the Sonos Controller, select Settings from the Music Menu. Select
ZonePlayer Settings, and then select the ZonePlayer attached to the receiver.
Touch Line-Out Level, and choose Variable.
Use the supplied power cord to connect to power outlet.
You may use a standard RCA audio cable to connect the
ZonePlayer's analog audio inputs to the audio outputs
from a separate audio component, such as a CD player
or a portable music player.
You may connect a powered subwoofer to this output
using a standard RCA cable. The system will detect
when a cable is connected to the subwoofer output and
adjust the crossover frequency automatically.
