3. Using the Thermometer
The fi rst line of the display fl ashes for selection of meat type. Select the meat
type using the setting dial and confi rm by pressing the Set button. Choose from
beef, veal, pork, lamb or poultry.
Next select the desired consistency. The available settings depend on the meat
type setting. Use the setting dial to choose and confi rm by pressing the Set
button.
