On the rear of the thermometer select measuring units in °Celsius or Fahrenheit
(see detail 7 in illustration). Your digital Roasting Thermometer is now ready for
use.
Note:
If the probe's cable is not inserted correctly, the display will show three strokes instead of the temperature.
