Care and maintenance
To avoid accidents always disconnect the tool from the power supply before,
WARNING
cleaning, changing paddles or performing any maintenance.
Keep the machine and mixing tool clean. Keep the HEXAFIX coupling and the end of the mixing tool shaft
clean and freely moving at all times. Grease the hexagon guide of the coupling at regular
intervals with suitable grease.
Keep the ventilation slits (5) clean and free of foreign matter so that the machine can be
properly cooled.
The machine is equipped with self-deactivating carbon brushes. This means that the machine
will shut itself down once a certain level of wear is reached. The carbon brushes can be
replaced by an authorized customer service center or by the Collomix Service center.
Clean and relubricate gear case yearly or whenever servicing requires the gear case to be
removed.
Only use original Collomix replacement parts.
To assure product SAFETY and RELIABILITY, repairs, maintenance and adjustment (including brush

inspection and replacement) should be performed be authorized service centers or other qualified
service organizations. Maintencance performed by unauthorized personnel may result in misplacing of internal wires
and components which could cause serious hazard.
Accessories
If an extension cord is necessary, a cord with ade-
quate size concuctors that is capable of carrying the
current necessary for your tool must be used. This
will prevent excessive voltage drop, loss of power or
overheating. Grounded tools must us 3-wire exten-
sion cords that have 3-prong plugs and receptacles.
NOTE: The smaller the gauge number, the heavier
the cord
Warranty
The manufacturer provides a warranty within the framework of his terms and conditions of delivery in accordance with
the requirements of statutory/country-specific provisions.
Should you need to make a claim under the warranty, please provide us with your invoice or delivery note.
On no account will any warranty claims be accepted if any repairs are carried out by third parties. In the event of any
irregularities, please send the machine to us.
The warranty does not apply to damages caused by natural wear, overloading or improper handling.
Complaints can only be accepted if the device is sent to a Collomix Service adress undismantled.
Disposal
The device, accessories and packaging should all be consigned for environment-friendly recycling. Unusable devices
can be sent for recycling, paid delivery home, to the address shown below.
