- Disconnect plug-in connectors for the turn signals.
- Remove nuts
with washers.
- Remove both turn signals.
- Remove remaining wiring harness.
Preassembly of short license plate holder
- Position license plate holder
base
(included).
- Mount screws
(included) and tighten to 3 Nm.
- Mount both turn signals.
- Mount and tighten nuts
with the washers.
- Join plug-in connectors for license plate lamp, left turn signal and
right turn signal.
- Route the wiring harness and secure with cable tie.
Properly route wires and ensure that the wires cannot be
kinked or pinched!
- Position license plate holder and thread in wiring harness.
- Mount original screws
(included) and tighten to 12 Nm.
- Join plug-in connector
for lighting.
(included) on the license plate
