L'installazione delle valvole di bilanciamento con flussometro incorporato deve
essere eseguita da parte di personale tecnico qualificato secondo le
indicazioni riportate nel presente manuale ed in accordo alla normativa
vigente.
Pulire le tubazioni da eventuali detriti, ruggini, incrostazioni, scorie di saldatura
e da altri contaminanti. Come in ogni circuito idraulico è importante fare
attenzione alla pulizia dell'intero sistema. Per un funzionamento ottimale, l'aria
contenuta nel fluido deve essere rimossa.
Le valvole di bilanciamento possono essere installate sia su collettore verticale
che su collettore orizzontale.
Le valvole devono essere installate in maniera tale che:
- la direzione del flusso concordi con quella della freccia impressa sul
corpo della valvola.
- sia agevole l'accesso all'otturatore del flussometro, all'asta di comando
ed al quadrante con la scala di lettura di taratura.
Le valvole di bilanciamento serie 112 presentano una calotta con filetto
trapezoidale per attacco al collettore geotermico ed un raccordo DECA
per tubo in polietilene.
The balancing valves, with built-in flow meter, must be installed by
qualified technical personnel in accordance with the instructions given in
this manual and with current regulations.
Clean the pipes of any debris, rust, incrustations, welding slag and other
contaminants. As in all hydraulic circuits it is important to ensure the entire
system is clean. For optimal operation, any air in the medium must be
removed.
The balancing valves may be installed both on a vertical manifold and a
horizontal manifold.
The valves must be installed so that:
- the flow direction corresponds with that of the arrow on the valve body.
- there is easy access to the flow meter obturator, control stem and dial
with the calibration adjustment range.
112 series balancing valves are equipped with a nut with trapezoidal
threading for connection to the geothermal manifold and a DECA fitting for
polyethylene pipes.

Durchflussmesser muss durch technisches Fachpersonal gemäß den
Angaben dieser Anleitung und den geltenden Vorschriften entsprechend
ausgeführt werden.
Die Leitungen von eventuellen Ablagerungen, Rost, Inkrustationen,
Schweißrückständen und sonstigen Verunreinigungen befreien. Wie in
jedem Hydraulikkreislauf ist darauf zu achten, dass die gesamte Anlage
sauber ist. Für einen optimalen Betrieb muss die im Medium enthaltene
Luft beseitigt werden.
Die Strangregulierventile können sowohl auf senkrechtem als auch
waagrechtem Verteiler installiert werden.
Die Ventile müssen so installiert werden, dass:
- die Durchflussrichtung mit dem Pfeil auf dem Ventilgehäuse
übereinstimmt.
- der Schieber des Durchflussmessers, die Steuerspindel und die
Einstellskala problemlos zugänglich sind.
Die Strangregulierventile der Serie 112 haben eine Überwurfmutter mit
Trapezgewinde für den Anschluss an den Geothermieverteiler und eine
DECA-Verschraubung für PE-Kunststoffrohre.

réservée à un technicien qualifié, conformément aux indications reportées
dans ce manuel et à la norme en vigueur.
Nettoyer les conduits pour éliminer toute saleté, traces de rouille,
incrustations, restes de soudures ou autres éléments contaminants.
Comme pour chaque circuit hydraulique, procéder à un nettoyage
complet de tout le système. Pour assurer un fonctionnement optimal,
éliminer l'air qui pourrait être contenu dans le fluide.
Les vannes d'équilibrage peuvent être installées aussi bien sur un
collecteur vertical qu'horizontal.
