6. Secure all wires and cover frequency inverter drive.
Use original assembling parts.
7. Load correct frequency inverter drive parameters and check
correct drive function.
Monitor motor current during constant speed and during ac-
celeration or deceleration, torque (stable drum acceleration) –
see parameter 9 in official parameter list (can be obtained
from Alliance Laundry Systems; for skilled technicians only).
Verify the switching of second and third acceleration / decel-
eration ramp is correct – the frequency must raise/drop by
1÷2 Hz/s max., see the Service Info screen on the control
board display. If the frequency changes by more than 5 Hz/s,
check the wire bridges on inverter terminals and correct posi-
tion of switch SINK – SOURCE, see the schematics above.
