Before use

4.2.1

Installing pressure reducer with hand wheel (DIN)

1. Remove protective cap (1) from thread (2).
2. Check thread on the pressure reducer and the pressure
valve. Check O-ring; clean or replace if necessary.
3. Screw pressure reducer into the pressure valve. The
manual adapter (2) is suitable for 200 bar and 300 bar
pressure valve(s) according to DIN EN 144 and
corresponds to the G 5/8 threaded connection according to
EN ISO 12209.
NOTICE
Tighten hand wheel lightly, do not use any tools!
4.2.2

Installing pressure reducer with INT A-clamp

1. Loosen screw (1).
2. Remove plug (2).
3. Check seals on pressure reducer (3) and pressure valve.
Clean or replace if necessary.
4. Fit A-clamp on pressure valve and tighten screw. The INT
A-clamp is suitable for 232 bar pressure valve(s).
NOTICE
Tighten hand wheel lightly, do not use any tools!
