Clutch installation
1. To install from bearing side(Fig. 39)
the washer " 1" of thickness 3,6 mm.
(in to direction llustrated in figure) and
the spacer " 2".
2. To install in seat the bearing at
rollers " 3" (Fig. 39) then to lubricate
with oil before of assembly.
3. To install the clutch housing " 4" in
to direction indicated in fig. 39(the
gear teeth on the inside).
4. Inserting the washer "5" (Fig. 40) of
thickness 6,6 mm. and the clutch
drum "6" with relative seeger ring" 7" .
WARNING!
!
Cleaning attentively head of pri-
mary gear-shift tree before of the
assembly of O. Ring.
5. To install the seal ring " 8" (Fig. 41)
in quarry of primary gear-shift.
6. To place the cluth piston "9" com-
plete of O.Ring "10" by means of
pierced bolt "11" with a drop of
LOCTITE (Fig. 41).
Montage der Kupplung
1. Scheibe "1" von 3,6 mm Dicke (sie-
he Richtung Abb.39) von der Lager-
seite sowie Distanzstück "2" einsetzen.
2. Nadelkäfig "3" (Abb.39) in seinen
Sitz legen: vor Montage den Käfig
ölen.
3. Gehäuse "4" in die Richtung
(Abb.39) einsetzen (Verzahnung im
Innern).
4. Scheibe "5" (Abb.40) von 6,6 mm.
Dicke und Kupplungstrommel "6" mit
Seegerring "7" einsetzen.
ACHTUNG!
!
Vor Montage der O-Ringe sorgfältig
den Kopf der Hauptwelle reinigen.
5. Dichtungsring "8" (Abb.41) in den
Nute der Hauptwelle einsetzen.
6. Kupplungskolben "9" mit O-Ringen
"10" durch Lochmutterschraube "11"
und
einen
Tropfen
(Abb.41) einbauen.
Montage embrayage
1. Insérer du côté roulement (fig.39) la
rondelle "1" d'épaisseur 3,6 mm. dans
la direction de la figure et l'entretoise
"2".
2. Placer la cage à rouleaux "3" (fig.
39) dans son siége: avant le montage
lubrifier la cage avec huile.
3. Monter la cage d'embrayage "4":
voir fig.39 (denture dans l'intérieur).
4. Insérer la rondelle "5" (fig.40)
d'épaisseur 6,6 mm. et le tambour
d'embrayage "6" avec relatif circlip de
blocage "7".
ATTENTION!
!
Avant de monter les bagues O.R. il
faut nettoyer soigneusement la tête
de l'arbre primaire.
5. Insérer la bague d'étancheité "8"
(fig.41) dans la rainure de l'arbre pri-
maire.
6. Monter le piston embrayage "9"
avec bagues O.R. "10" au moyen du

Loctite
boulon percé "11" et avec une goutte
de Loctite (fig.41).
