INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

Deactivation

At the end of the work cycle, turn the knobs on the appliance to
"Zero".
The appliance must be cleaned regularly and every
incrustation or food deposit removed. See chapter:
"Maintenance".
If present, the indicator lights must be off at the end
of the work cycle.
Check the cleanliness and hygiene of the appliance; see
"Maintenance".
Close the network locks upstream the appliance (Gas - Water -
Electric).
Humidity residue deposited on the hotplate/s can
damage the appliance and cause the hotplate/s to
wear quickly.
In order to eliminate all humidity residue on the
hotplates thus avoiding quick wear, once routine
cleaning has been finished, turn the appliance on for
approximately 10'.
Wait for the temperature of the hotplate to cool off so that the
operator is not burnt.
Check to make sure the drain piping has no obstructions (Fig.3).
Use a standard sprayer to apply the liquid detergent on the whole
surface of the hob and, using a non-abrasive sponge, clean the
entire surface thoroughly by hand.
The capacity of the container collecting drained material is limited.
Check it frequently so that it does not spill over (Fig. 4).
Fill the recipient 3/4 to handle it safely.
Once the recipient has reached 3/4 its capacity,
remove it from its seat, empty it and put it back in
place.
Empty the container in compliance with waste
disposal procedures in force in the country where
the appliance is used and reposition the emptied
recipient in its housing.
THE PRESENT MANUAL IS PROPERT Y OF THE MANUFACTURER. ANY REPRODUCTION, EVEN PARTIAL, IS PROHIBITED.
