Operation

6.1.

Function of the Foot Switch

For all operations where a movement of the
blade carrier is demanded as described in the
following, the foot switch has to be pressed until
the movement is completed !
If the foot switch is released before, this will
cause an error !

6.2. Switching on the Machine

1. Switch the machine ON. The mains power
switch is situated at the rear of the machine in
the mains module.
2. After switching on the machine, the LED on
the outermost left position key (42) blinks.
To start the separation this key has to be
pressed and then the foot switch must be
operated until the blade carrier (20) stops
in the left end position after a synchronised
movement.
6.3

Setting the Length of Separation

1. The required limit of travel is indicated by
two LED's in the positioning keys (42) on the
control panel.
2. To change the end position of travel of the
blade, press the lighten key on the relevant
side of the control panel. This will turn off,
then set the length required by pressing the
relevant key (100/200/300/400).
Alteration of the length of separation can be
made as often as required just as soon as the
blade carrier (20) is at rest.
3. The machine can commence operation just
as soon as two LED's in the positioning keys
are lit. To complete the setting, the foot switch
must be pressed by permanent operation. In
the event of the length being greater than that
at which the blade carrier is already set to,
the carrier will move to the new position.

Utilisation

6.1. Fonction de la pédale
Concerne toutes les actions décrites dans les
paragraphes suivants. Maintenir le pied sur la
pédale de déclenchement durant toute la durée
de la coupe!
Un appui trop bref est considéré comme une
action erronée.

6.2. Mise sous tension

1. Mettre la machine sous tension.
L'interrupteur se trouve à l'arrière de la ma-
chine au niveau du module de branchement.
2. Lors de la mise sous-tension de la machine,
la touche (42) à l'extrême gauche clignote.
Pour commencer la séparation, presser cette
touche. Après cela presser la pédale jusque
le support du couteau supérieur (20) après
un mouvement synchrone s'arrête en position
d'attente à gauche.
6.3. Réglage de la longueur de séparation
1. Les limites de la longueur de séparation ré-
glée sont indiquées par deux diodes électro-
luminescentes illuminées sur les touches
correspondantes (42).
2. Une pression sur ces touches illuminées
efface le réglage actuel. Après cela presser
les touches désirées pour enregistrer un
nouveau réglage.
Une nouvelle modification de la longueur de
séparation peut-être effectuée quand le sup-
port du couteau supérieur (20) est en position
d'attente.
3. La séparation peut commencer quand 2 des
touches indiquant la longueur sont allumées.
Presser longue la pédale. Si la longueur
de séparation est rallongée, une fois la
programmation terminée, le support se
déplacera vers l'extérieur, dans sa nouvelle
position d'attente.
