5.3 Electrical connection GWG 23-Wa
 Verify that the transition into the manhole is gas-tight in the case of tanks
for petrol.
 Verify that the transition into the manhole is liquid-tight in the case of tanks
for diesel fuel and fuel oil.
 If you use the filler cap (figure 1), verify that the cable connection is
approximately 10 cm longer than the chain strap.
- This results in a strain relief when the cable of the tank vehicle is con-
nected.
