Internal unit 1 Zone
• Connect the external unit to the internal unit 1 Zone where indicated from the points A and B shown in the fi gure. Attention to the direction of
insertion.
• Connect the heating system to the internal unit 1 Zone where indicated from the points C and D in the fi gure.
• Connect the pipes to fi ll the installation.
• Connect the safety valve and the discharge valve of the internal unit with the provided silicone pipe.
• Connect the discharge valve of the external unit with rubber hoses, avoiding that the temperature sensors will be damaged during the operation.
• Connect an Exogel kit (optional) in order to preserve the integrity of the external unit in the event of electric shock due to various causes (eg frost)
Internal unit 2 Zones
Proceed as described for the internal unit 1 Zone, then connect the second heating zone at the points E and F as shown.

Available pressure
Depending on the type of unit you choose, FSP 1 zone or 2 zones, the available pressure has to be managed differently. In both cases, the curves
shown take into account also the load losses given by the external unit. In this way, it is necessary to calculate and compare only the losses of the
entire circuit to verify that the installation was properly done.
The possible fl ow rates, for a delta T comprised between 5 and 7 ° C in function of the size of the chosen external unit, are shown in bold on
the curves (graphs 1 and 2).
Internal unit 1 zone
The hydraulic circuit of the external unit and the one of the heating installation are connected in series.
To obtain the total pressure drop of the system, add the load losses between the external unit, the internal unit and the heating system. For sizing,
refer to graph 1. It is recommended to minimize the distance between internal and external unit.
It is possible to connect an additional circulator in case the main pump is not suffi cient. For the wiring connection, refer to the section «Electrical
circuit».
External unit 2 zones
This unit has an hydraulic separator. For the dimensioning of the hydraulic connections between external unit and internal unit, refer to graph 2.
For the sizing of the heating installation related to zones 1 and 2, refer to graph 3.
