It is monitored, how long the table is moved. After 2 minutes of permanent use,
the control unit will switch off for 18 minutes in order to protect the motor from
overheating – the display shows "HOT". However, any ongoing lifting process will be
finished.
The control unit shuts down automatically if it overheats. The components are
switched back on automatically after they have cooled off.
The range, 4 cm before the lowest position is reached, is defined as safety zone. This
feature causes the system to stop before it reaches its lowest position. The DOWN
button must be pressed again to move to the end position at a slower speed. The
safety zone is also active when Container Stop is used.
1. Basic version:
It is possible to programmed two heights – the lowest and the highest position. This
function can be used to limit the travel range of the desk. In the lower half of the
driving range the sitting height (Container Stop) and in the upper half of the driving
range the standing height (Shelf Stop) of the user can be saved.
2. Premium version: only for memory function
Four positions can be stored in memory.
The table top automatically moves approx. 40 mm in the opposite direction after a
safety feature has been triggered (anti-collision device, etc.) to avoid an immediate
crushing hazard.
The control unit shuts down if an excessive load is detected on the desk.
In order to make gentle driving and stopping possible, the motors briefly run at
reduced speed after a start or before a stop.
