If a problem cannot be fixed with the measures listed above or if a problem occurs repeatedly, please fill out the first-aid
checklist and send it to our customer service department: service@ophelis.de. They will contact you as soon as possible

Error handling
Carry out a manual reset
Wait 18 minutes for the motor control unit to cool off or for
HOT to disappear from the Display; the desk will then be
ready for operation again
