off the product and keep other person away.
Probable causes
- There is no electric current
- The floater switch is in
the low position (current
switched off )
- The floater mechanism is
blocked.
- The intake pipe is clogged
- The outlet pipe is clogged
- The turbine is blocked
- Presence of an air bubble

- The floater is blocked in
the high position
- The floater mechanism is
blocked.
- The draining pipe diameter
is not suitable
- The intake pipe is clogged
- The outlet pipe is clogged
- The turbine is blocked
- Use instructions have not
been followed
- The motor automatically
switches to safety position
- The pipe is not suitable
- The water is too hot. The
overheat protection device

- Ensure that the electric
current is on.
- Raise the floater
- Shake the floater
- Check the water height
- Clean the intake pipe
- Clean the pipe
- Disassemble the base and
clean the turbine
- Tilt the pump to let out the
air bubble then put it back in
Solutions
vertical position
- Check there is no foreign
object which could block the
floater and put the floater back
in low position

- Shake the floater
- Replace the tube (40mm hose
is recommended)
- Clean the pipe or intake pipe
- Disassemble the base and
clean the turbine
- Check for the depth of
submersion.
- Replace the pipe following
use instructions
- Check that the water
temperature remains under
35°C.
