Important: Ensure the connectors are properly attached to the anchor
points. You should clearly hear two distinct "clicks".
- Make sure the safety indicators, on the sides of the Isofix arms, are
both green, meaning that the two connectors are properly fastened.
- Pull the vehicle safety belt and place it between the backrest and the
seat base frame.
- Pass the lap section of the safety belt in the child seat base positions
highlighted by blue lines (as indicated by the arrow in Fig.15a).
- Lock the diagonal belt section ONLY in the belt guide nearest to the
retractor (i.e. the one opposite to the buckle) in the blue marked frame
(Fig.15b).
- Fasten the seat belt to the corresponding buckle (Fig. 16).
- Make sure the safety belt is not twisted.
- Tighten completely the diagonal section of the safety belt, by pulling it
vigorously, and recuperate the slack inside the retractor.
- Ensure the child seat is securely fastened in the car seat.
If the weight of the baby is less than 5 kg, it is necessary to use the
hugging cushion (part "D"), placing it in the seat as shown in Fig. 7.
NOTE: When using the hugging cushion, shoulder straps must pass
through the lowest slots.
The hugging cushion must be removed when the child exceeds the 5 kg
of weight.
The SF01 harness' belts are equipped with a quick release buckle (part
"J") allowing to quickly free the child, in case of an emergency.
To open the buckle, simply press down the red button (Fig. 17).
Loosen the harness belts by pressing the push button located at the
middle front of the seat (component "L") and pulling forward the
shoulder belts from above or below the shoulder strap pads (Fig. 18).
CAUTION: the shoulder straps and the crotch belt pads have a fixed
