Possible Causes
There is too much dirt and debris on
the window.
Fan is blocked or dirty.

When WINBOT is in AUTO Cleaning
Mode, only
works on the Remote

Control becomes unpaired or has been
exchanged, it can be paired again).
Solutions
Clean a small area of the glass before using and placing
WINBOT there.
Clean the Fan as described in Section 4.2.
If the problem persists, please contact customer service.
A. Remove the Cleaning Pad and re-attach it, making sure
it will not cover or affect the Edge Detection Sensors.
B. Clean the Edge Detection Sensors as described in
Section 4.2.
If the problem persists, please contact customer service.
Move WINBOT's bottom Power Switch to the ON position
and make sure
flashes BLUE.
A. Replace the Cleaning Pad and restart the cleaning cycle.
B. Clean the Driving Treads as described in Section 4.3.
C. Spray additional Cleaning Solution on the Cleaning Pad.
D. Press
on the Remote Control to manually control
WINBOT.
Pause WINBOT by pressing
Remote Control. Then other buttons on the Remote Control
will function.
Open the battery compartment on the back of the Remote
Control and change the batteries.
Within 5 seconds of powering ON WINBOT, press and hold
on WINBOT and
on the Remote Control at the same
time. Pairing is complete when WINBOT beeps and
flashes RED and GREEN.
