10. TROUBLESHOOTING
DANGER! Never attempt to repair the appliance yourself. Remove the
mains plug from the wall socket whenever a fault occurs.
Fault:
No function
The appliance
switches off during
operation / the
display reads "H".
The motor slows
down during oper-
ation.
The appliance
vibrates / moves
during operation.
The accessory
touches the bot-
tom of the bowl
during the mixing
process.
If you are experiencing a fault which is not listed here, please do not hesitate to
contact our Service Centre. Repairs must only be carried out by a specialised
company.

Possible cause:
The appliance is not
connected to the
mains
The appliance is
overheated
The amount of dough
is possibly exceeding
the maximum filling
capacity
The dough is prob-
ably too wet, which
is why it sticks to the
edge of the bowl
The rubber feet are
wet.
This is normal when
processing heavy
food (such as dough
or cheese).
The height of the mix-
ing arm is incorrectly
adjusted.
Remedy:
Connect the mains plug to a wall
socket
Switch off the appliance and
pull the mains plug. Allow the
appliance to cool down to room
temperature then restart it.
Remove the dough and divide it
into two portions.
Add more flour, 1 teaspoon at a
time, until the motor speeds up
again. Continue processing until
the dough has detached from
the edge of the bowl.
Clean and dry the rubber feet
on the underside of the appli-
ance.
Remove the ingredients and
divide them into two portions.
