REMOVING THE 5-POINT HARNESS
Step 1: as shown in figure 1, loosen the anti-rotation strap
and turn the safety seat 90 degrees (see the rotation
function section on page 8).
Step 2: as shown in figure 2, press the central adjuster
and loosen the shoulder straps. Then, set the headrest
to the correct height.
Step 3: as shown in figure 3, tighten the anti-rotation
strap and pull it towards the headrest temporarily. Next,
open the rear frame.
Step 4: remove the shoulder pads. As shown in figure 4,
separate the shoulder straps with the strap clip as shown
in figures 1-2-3-4. Then, pass the clip through the hole in
the rear frame and pass the strap forwards. As shown
in figures 5 and 6, unfasten the shoulder pads, separate
the shoulder straps with the strap clips and remove the
shoulder pads.
Step 5: as shown in figure 5, unfasten the harness buckle,
and separate the pad and the filler of the buckle.
Step 6: as shown in figure 7, separate the harness buckle
and the child safety seat.
Step 7: storing the shoulder straps. As shown in figure
8 (1-2-3), roll the strap up and place it in the channel in
the base.
Step 8: place the anti-rotation strap in the rear of the
frame and close it. Store all the detachable parts safely.
As shown in the previous diagram, you should now have
removed the 5-point safety harness completely.
Attention: When fitting the shoulder straps and clip of
the harness, make sure the straps are not twisted.
As shown in the previous diagram, when putting the
shoulder straps back in place, make sure that they pass
through the harness shaft and that the harness adjust-
ment strap does not go through it.
