TWO-YEAR WARRANTY-DROPPED OBJECT PREVENTION PRODUCTS
THE FOLLOWING IS MADE IN LIEU OF ALL
WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS, EXPRESS OR
IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR
CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR
A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
THIS WARRANTY IS EXPRESSLY LIMITED TO ORIGINAL
RETAIL BUYERS OF DFP SAFETY CORPORATION
DROPPED OBJECT PREVENTION PRODUCTS OR
PARTS. THIS WARRANTY IS NOT ASSIGNABLE OR
TRANSFERABLE. DFP SAFETY CORPORATION MAKES
NO WARRANTY TO ANYONE ELSE, INCLUDING OTHER
PURCHASERS AND/OR USERS, AND NONE SHALL BE
IMPLIED.
Except as otherwise provided in this warranty, DFP
Safety Corporation Dropped Object Prevention
Products are warranted against defects in materials
and workmanship for two years from the date of
purchase.
LIMITED REMEDY: The sole and exclusive remedy
for any DFP Safety Corporation product found
to be defective in materials and workmanship is
repair or replacement, at the sole option of DFP
Safety Corporation, or its authorized warranty
service providers. If this exclusive remedy is
deemed to have failed of its essential purpose,
DFP Safety Corporation's liability shall not exceed
the purchase price of the DFP Safety Corporation
product.
This writing supersedes all prior oral or written agreements or representations and excludes all warranties
not set forth herein.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: In no event will
DFP Safety Corporation be liable for any
direct, indirect, special, incidental, punitive or
consequential damages (including lost profit)
whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any
other legal theory.
This warranty does not cover any DFP Safety
Corporation product that has been abused, altered,
worn out, contaminated, rusted, excessively heated,
ground, damaged due to improper loading, used for
a purpose other than that for which it was intended,
or used in a manner inconsistent with DFP Safety
Corporation's instructions regarding use.
The existence of a defect in materials or
workmanship shall be determined by DFP Safety
Corporation in accordance with procedures
established by DFP Safety Corporation. No one is
authorized to make any statement or representation
altering the terms of this warranty.
ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED,
INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY
OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE
DISCLAIMED. THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES THAT
EXTEND BEYOND THE FACE OF THIS DOCUMENT.
