Proceed as follows to change the container:
•
Press the "CONTINUOUS Water / Air FLOW" program key. This stops the compressed air
supply.
•
Close the water supply.
•
Close the pipe system to prevent any water from leaking outside the system.
•
Unscrew the empty container and replace it with a new container, and resume the procedure.
- Once the container is empty, press the « CONTINUOUS Water / Air FLOW » program key. This stops the
compressed air supply.
- For an optimum cleaning result, leave the chemicals to act on the system for about 45min. To do this, the
system must be closed.
7. Once cleaning complete, rinse the system until all chemicals have disappeared. Proceed as follows:
- Set the lever to the "without additive" position
- Press the "On / Off "program key. The compressor fills the air tank automatically.
- Open the water supply, open the pipe system
Press the "Water / Air PULSES" program key.
- The rinsing process is complete when the system contains no more chemicals.
- Stop the VIRAFAL®
- Close the water supply, shutdown the system and remove the VIRAFAL®.
Third step - Maintaining the system's condition (heating circuit):
Repeat the steps 1 to 5 using Virax protector ref. 295057.
6. Press the "CONTINUOUS Water / Air FLOW" program key. The chemicals in the container are added to the
passing flow. The process is complete once the container empty. In the case of larger systems, several
containers may be required (read the indications on the container).
 Proceed as follows to change the container:
- Press the "CONTINUOUS Water / Air FLOW" program key. This stops the compressed air supply.
- Close the water supply.
- Close the pipe system to prevent any water from leaking outside the system.
- Unscrew the empty container and replace it with a new container.
In case of misuse, there is a risk of fluid leak outside the container. Avoid any contact with it.
- Open the heating circuit System / Return.
- Open the water inlet.
- Press the "CONTINUOUS Water / Air FLOW" program key.
The chemicals in the container are added to the passing flow. The process is complete once the container
empty.

No container replacement necessary:
Press the "CONTINUOUS Water / Air FLOW" program key. This stops the compressed air supply.
7. Close the water Return / Intakes. Close the water supply and remove the VIRAFAL®. The protection agent
stays in the system permanently.
2.2. Rinsing with tap water
Once the dosage process complete, completely rinse the additives injector with water. During this process,
ensure more particularly that the end of the injector pipe is cleaned:
- the VIRAFAL® is no longer connected to the system to clean
- Pour water into an empty container (already rinsed with tap water) and place an empty container (e.g. a
bucket) under the injector outlet (right-hand side of the VIRAFAL®).
- Set the VIRAFAL® to the "with additive" position, press the "CONTINUOUS Water / Air FLOW" program key,
and open the water supply. Collect the water exiting the injector and eliminate it.
CAUTION: Always empty the containers completely. Do not reuse them! During transport, disconnect the
containers from the injector!
2.3. Chemicals
Consider the material safety data sheets and instructions on each container.
Cleaning heating circuits with radiators:
The Virax sludge remover for radiators ref. 295055 is a neutral cleaning product for chemical elimination of
typical contaminations of heating circuits with radiators, such as deposits and scale. It is compatible with all
pipes, regardless of the material. The VIRAFAL® cleaning product should not stay in the system for more than
24 hours.
