CLEANING THE CONICAL BURR GRINDER
This grinder cleaning cycle removes oil build-up on the burrs which can impede performance.
Unlock hopper Empty hopper
Unlock top burr Remove top burr
ADVANCED CLEANING FOR THE CONICAL BURR GRINDER
This step is only required if there is a blockage between the grinding burrs and the grinder outlet.
Set GRIND SIZE
Remove hopper
to 1 (finest)
Unblock the grinds Clean chute
exit chute using with brush
the brush or a pipe
cleaner
WARNING
Care should be taken as the grinder burrs are extremely sharp.

Replace hopper Lock hopper
Clean top burr Clean lower
with brush burr with brush
Use 10mm socket. Set GRIND SIZE
Rotate clockwise to 30 (coarsest)
to loosen the
nut only
Insert washers Insert lower burr
& grind fan using (drive pin &
long-nose pliers cavity to align).
Insert flat washer
& spring washer
Run grinder
Unlock hopper
empty
Clean chute
with brush
Unlock & remove Remove nut,
top burr spring & flat
washer. Carefully
remove lower burr
Rotate counter- Insert & lock
top burr
clockwise to
tighten nut
Remove hopper
Remove grind fan
& washers using
long-nose pliers
Set GRIND SIZE
to 15. Replace
& lock hopper
