Use two BLACK 9/16" LARGE HEAD SCREWS (1S).

NOTE: Be sure the BRACKETS are even with the edges of
the BOTTOM.

Fasten two CORNER BRACKETS (31G) to the BOTTOM (G).
Use four BLACK 9/16" LARGE HEAD SCREWS (1S).
