Preparation:
When using your Atlas for the first time, place it on a smooth, flat and stable
surface. To stabilize it, you can fold out the 2 Feet (4) stalled under the Main
Base (3).
Select the suitable Plug (9) and (10), and install it by pushing back into the
slot with a "click" sound.
Fill a bottle with max 0.5 liter (22 oz) clean, fresh and cold water and fix the
Bottle Adapter (5) onto the bottle completely till it stops. Do not use carbon-
ated water. To avoid scales, distilled water is recommended.
Operation:
1. Open the Mist Outlet (1), and make sure it is not facing directly or too
close to electrical sockets, walls and other objects.
2. Push the bottle, together with the Bottle Adapter (5) back onto the Main
base (3). Do not press the plastic bottle.
3. Plug in the Adapter into the Socket (7) and with the Plug (9) or (10) into
the main power supply.
4. Switch on the unit by turning the Main Switch (6) clockwise.
5. Mist output can be adjusted by turning the Main Switch (MAX is on the
very right end of the dial)
6. When there is not enough water in the unit, the unit will be switched off,
and bottle must be refilled with fresh clear water.
iMPORtANt NOtes
Do not refill Altas without first disconnecting from the main supply.
cLeANiNG PROceDuRe
Your Travel Humidifier is a reliable and robust product, its good performance
however require regular maintenance. The frequency of maintenance de-
pends on how and how often you use it.
Depending on the water hardness, you may find calcium and magnesium
scales or other contaminations left in the Reservoir covering the surface
of the Oscillator. therefore , you need to clean and to descale your Atlas
regularly, depending on the operating time.
to avoid lime scales
• Use clean and softened water, cold boiled water, or distilled water.
• Clean the Reservoir, especially the surface of the Oscillator weekly: do
NOT use any sharp tool or instruments.
• Dry the unit completely with clean soft cloth after your use and before
storage.
Descaling and cleaning
• Switch off the unit by turning the Main Switch (6) to the very left side of
the dial and disconnect the Adaptor from main supply.
