Operation
Do not turn on the device before you have read and understood these operating instructions.
Check all the connections again. When you have done so, reconnect the negative terminal of
the car battery.
General operation

Use this button to switch the device on/off. Hold down the button for some time to switch off the device.
To switch it on, you can also press any other button.
• SELECT button (2) and VOLUME control (3)
In normal mode, the VOLUME control (3) is used to set the volume. Press the SELECT button (2) once or several
times to select BAS (bass control), TRE (treble control), BAL (balance control) or FAD (fader control) and then use
the VOLUME control (3) to adjust the selected item.

• DISP button (8)
This button allows you to display information on the LC display (15). When the button is pressed, the display is
switched.
If the button is not pressed any more, the display switches back to the original information after a little while.
When an RDS station is received
Radio mode:
CD/MP3 player mode: Track > station name > frequency > time > programme type
When a non-RDS station is received
Radio mode:
CD/MP3 player mode: Track > frequency > time > NO PTY
