BEFORE USING FOR THE FIRST TIME

• Remove all packaging materials.
• Wipe the plates and outside of the appliance with a slightly damp cloth. Dry thoroughly.
DO NOT IMMERSE THE APPLIANCE IN WATER.
• For best results, lightly coat the plates with a little cooking oil.
NOTE: When the appliance is heated for the first time, it may emit smoke or odour.
This is normal.
ASSEMBLY
• The appliance has three sets of plates including upper and
lower plates for making donuts, popcakes and cupcakes.
• The donut and popcake plates are identical and
interchangeable however the cupcake plates indicates which
one is required to be placed in the upper or lower position.
• Fit the plates to the appliance making sure the edges are
aligned. Press plates down until they click into place.
• To remove the plates, unplug the appliance from the mains
socket and allow to cool, then press the plate release buttons
and take out the plates.
BAKING
1. Select the correct plates and fit them to the appliance.
2. Ensure the lid is closed, making sure the locking latch clicks into position.
3. Plug the appliance into the mains socket.
• The green power and red ready indicator lights will illuminate to indicate that
the appliance is preheating. Preheating will take about 5 minutes.
4. When the red ready indicator light goes out, the appliance is ready for use.
5. Release the locking latch and lift the lid, taking care not to touch the hot surfaces.
• It is recommended to wear oven gloves when opening the closing the lid.
6. Fill each mould of the plates with dessert mixture.
• Make sure that you do not overfill the moulds and adjust your recipe to ensure that
you have enough mixture to make equal batches of desserts.
7. Carefully close the lid, ensuring that the locking latch clicks into position.
8. Follow the baking time on the recipes then release the locking latch and carefully lift
the lid and check the desserts.
• The donuts, popcakes or cupcakes should be well risen and springy to touch.
• Check the desserts after a couple of minutes to ensure that they do not burn.
• During baking, the red ready indicator light will cycle on and off to maintain the
appliance is at the correct temperature.
9. Once the desserts are ready, remove the desserts using a heatproof plastic or
wooden spatula.
10. When baking is complete, unplug the appliance from the mains socket, allow the
appliance to cool completely before removing the plates or cleaning.
