Deep fryer Use instructions
Only use oil or fat suitable for deep frying (this information is usually
indicated on the oil or fat's package).
Always make sure that the oil or fat level is included in between the
MIN and MAX levels marked inside the removable tank.
Oil and fat are inflammable, in case they catch fire, immediately
unplug the deep fryer from wall socket.
The tank must only be removed when oil or fat have completely co-
oled off.
Unplug the deep fryer from wall socket before proceeding with clea-
ning and when not in use.
Never immerse the control panel and the power chord in water or
other liquids.

Thermal safety device
This deep fryer is fitted with a thermal safety device, which automatically interrupts heating in case of misuse or
malfunction of the appliance.
After the deep fryer has completely cooled down, using a toothpick or similar object, gently press on the reset
button behind the control panel. Fig. B
If the deep fryer does not work, please contact the producer or after sales service centre authorized by the
manufacturer.
Use instructions
Before first use, make sure to thoroughly clean basket, removable tank and lid with warm water and dish soap.
The control panel and the electric resistance can be cleaned using a damp cloth. Make sure to avoid any spilling
of water inside the control panel and to remove any residue at the bottom of the removable tank.
Carefully dry all components.

Place the deep fryer on a flat, stable surface.
Adding oil or fat
When using oil, pour it into the tank until MAX level indicated inside the tank is reached. Never exceed this level,
to avoid spilling of oil outside the tank.
Always make sure that oil level is between the MIN and MAX level.
When using solid fat, cut it into pieces and melt it in another container; carefully pour the melted fat inside the
tank. Never melt solid fat inside the tank or on the electric resistance.
