Before switching the device on: make sure the water tank
outflow is plugged, fill tank with water, no more than
one centimetre from the top of the tank (the pump inlet
has to be submerged). Then place the workpiece on the
conveyor, set the required cutting angle and height. Turn
on the device and open the water valve. Start cutting once
water starts flowing over the saw blade. Move the conveyor
gently so as to prevent the saw blade from snagging.
ASSEMBLY / DISASSEMBLY OF THE DEVICE'S ELEMENTS
1.
Unfolding the legs:
Lift one side of the machine, fold out the spring mounted
legs and ensure the bolt sits in the notch:
Then do the same with the legs on the other side.
2.
Assembling transport wheels:
The machine is equipped with 2 wheels for transporting it
over short distances. Slide 2 washers over the bolt, inset
a wheel into the bracket and then thread the bolt through
the bracket and wheel. Then slide 2 more washers onto the
bolt and a nut. Use two spanners to tighten. Assemble the
other wheel in analogous manner.
3.
Conveyor assembly:
Mount the conveyor onto the guide. Make sure the
conveyor wheels are on the guide and the lower conveyor
arrestor should be under the right-hand side guide.
4.
Replacing the saw blade:
Remove 4 nuts from the saw blade guard. remove the
guard. Make sure you do not damage the hose feeding the
cooling water to the saw blade.
Insert spanner over the saw blade bolt and then slide pin
through the hole to prevent saw blade from spinning.
Rev. 10.10.2017
Remove the old saw blade and mount new blade. make
sure the arrows on the blade point in the correct direction.
Insert nut, lock the blade and tighten it. Then mount the
guard and tighten the 4 nuts.
TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE
During transport, the machine should be protected from
shaking, falling and turning upside down. Store it in
a properly ventilated place with dry air and without any
corrosive gas. The device should be stored with the water
system (hoses and valve cutting off water supply to the
hoses) emptied and cleaned. The water tank should be
emptied. Remove all contaminants and waste from it.
