Symptom

The unit cannot

Countermeasure
Only the menu operation is possible.
Press the CANCEL/MIRROR key to
quit the PICTURE INFO or OPTION
screen.
Only the Auto Play menu operation is
possible.
Press the CANCEL/MIRROR key to
quit the AUTO PALY screen.
Operate the unit again.
Eject and reinsert the disc. If the
problem persists, use another disc.
Press any key.
Press the LCD ON/OFF key.
Press the DISPLAY key.
Set it to "ON."
Play back a picture with a narration
recording.
Play back an album containing
pictures with a narration recording.
Set it to "ON."
Play back an album with a BGM
recording.
Display a picture to be recorded, and
press the MENU key twice.
Replace the MD with another one
which can be recorded.
