Fax/Modem/Data Connection
Connecting to the Fax/Data socket allows for the
transmission of data across the phone line when
the phone is not in use. A second phone cord, not
included, will be necessary if you wish to use this feature.

I do not hear a dial tone?
• Check that all the cords and plugs are connected correctly, and that the On/Off but-
ton is lit when pressed.
The person I am talking with has difficulties hearing me?
• Check that the mute function is off.
• Check the position of the boom arm, making sure that the microphone is placed as
close as possible to your mouth.
