Remedy
Replace atomizing head
Replace fluid needle
Reduce fluid flow by turning fluid
adjustment knob clockwise (CW)
Add fluid
Replace atomizing head
Check air source

6-8 inches (150-200 mm) is ideal
Reduce atomizing air
Replace atomizing head
Ensure fluid needle spring is in place
Clean fluid needle with
appropriate solvent
