Fix the board in a vertical position and, when possible, in a sheltered site.
Do the links being careful that:
for the power circuit (motor, line) cables must be of the prescribed type and have a section adapted
to the powers; keep the power cables away from the control cables.
To avoid interference use two separate sheaths (see EN 60204-1 15.1.3);
if the motor is monophase, the capacitor must be linked between the clamp Opens and the clamp
Closes;
the inputs which are not used must be left open if they are of the N.O. type or jumper-connected
towards the common (COM) if they are of the N.C. type;
in case you are to use several push-buttons or contacts with the same function, you must put in
parallel those related to N.O. lines and in series those related to N.C. lines;
the leds indicating the state of the N.O. lines must be normally Off, those regarding the N.C. lines
should be On;
if the lines of command are excessively long (more than 50 m) it is necessary to interpose between
them and the board a few decoupling relays near the terminal blocks.
Place the automation at half course and give an Aperture command; if the movement is in the closing
phase, disconnect the power and invert two phases of the motor (triphase) or the windings of Aperture
and Closing (monophase).
Adjust the working time so that it is 4 or 5 s over the time necessary for the movement.
Test the securities and then adjust the accessory functions.
