WARRANTY LIMITATIONS

WARNING: Failure to descale the machine may cause malfunctions not covered by the
warranty.
Do not use vinegar, lye, salt or formic acid as they may damage the machine.
Use only descaling products suitable for coff ee machines. The descaling solution must
be disposed of according to the regulations in force. Do not drink the liquid dispensed
during the descaling process. The machine can be used to brew coff ee only when the
descaling process is complete.
The warranty does not cover failures caused by:
- a lack of periodical descaling;
- operation with a voltage other than that recommended on the data plate "H" (see "Machine
Parts" chapter);
- misuse or failure to follow instructions;
- changes made internally.
The warranty does not cover repair costs on machines which have been tampered with by unauthorised
service centres.
These costs will be entirely payable by the customer. We recommend the following:
- do not wash the machine components in the dishwasher;
- keep the trays clean.
Failure to follow these instructions may cause problems to the machine that are not covered by the
warranty.
WARNING:
It is recommended to keep the original packaging - at least for the warranty period - for
shipping the machine to an authorised service centre, if need be. Any possible damage
due to transport with inadequate packaging will not be covered by the guarantee.

WARNINGS - MACHINE STATUS

Red (Steady on) - The machine is on.
Green (Blinking) - The machine is in Stand-by mode.
Red (Blinking) - Machine breakdown.
Yellow (Blinking) - The machine needs to be descaled.
Blue (Blinking) - The machine Bluetooth interface is enabled
(if any).
Blue (Blinking) - The machine is warming up to make coff ee.
Blue (Steady on) - The machine is ready to make coff ee.
White (Steady on) - The machine is dispensing hot water.
Purple (Blinking) - The machine is warming up to dispense steam.
Purple (Steady on) - The machine is ready to dispense steam.
Yellow (Quick blinking) - The machine is performing a descaling

cycle.
Light blue (Slow blinking) - The machine is ready to start the
rinse cycle.
Light blue (Quick blinking) - The machine is performing a rinse

cycle.
