TROUBLESHOOTING
• Read and follow the instructions given in the section "Operation".
• Check that the electricity supply has not been shut off.
• Dry the hob thoroughly after cleaning it.
• If, when the hob is switched on, alphanumeric codes appear on the display, consult
the following table for instructions.
• If the hob cannot be switched off after using it, disconnect it from the power supply.

Notes: If you are unable to solve the problem despite the above instructions, contact
customer service. Describe the problem as precisely as possible.
Solution
Place a suitable pot on the desired
cooking zone.
Check the connection between the
display board and the filter board.
If there is no connection, replace
the filter board.
Check the connection between
the display board and the power
board. If there is no connection,
replace the power board.
Please inspect whether the power
supply is normal.
Power on after the power supply
is normal.
Please inspect whether the power
supply is normal.
Power on after the power supply
is normal.
Please inspect the pot.
Please restart after the hotplate
cools down.

specify the error code.
