The value determines the switching point of the first pump.
The value determines the tripping point of the first pump.
The value determines the switching point of the second pump.
The value determines the tripping point of the second pump.
If the set value is exceeded, collective fault message relay and overflow relay
are actuated.
The value zero deactivates this function. If a value of 1 – 60 minutes is set,
there is a shut-off if the pump runs uninterrupted for longer than the set value.
The pump does not start running again until the fault has been
acknowledged.
When the set time in basic load operation is exceeded, there is a pump
change. After the third change with no interruption, the alarm is also triggered
and the message "Runtime alarm" appears in the display.
Following a power failure (staggered start-up), the pumps do not start until the
set time has lapsed. The remaining time is indicated in the display.
While the level is still below the tripping point, the basic load pump continues
to run until the set time has lapsed.
Once pump 1 reaches the set current consumption for a given time, it is
switched off. The following message is displayed: P1: Overcurrent The pump
is not enabled again until the Acknowledge button has been pressed.
Once pump 2 reaches the set current consumption for a given time, it is
switched off. The following message is displayed: P2: Overcurrent The pump
is not enabled again until the Acknowledge button has been pressed.
Is switched on = If pump delivery is not requested for a period of 24 hours,
the pumps automatically run for the duration of the set period.
Is switched on = The internal piezo buzzer sounds in the event of a fault.
Is switched on = The fault message relay is clocked.
Instead of a flashing light, a cheaper constant light can be used.
Is switched on = After each operation of the basic load pump, the system
switches to the other pump.
Is switched off = No bimetal contact (warning contact) is connected to
terminal 31/32 (pump 1).
Is switched off = No bimetal contact (warning contact) is connected to
terminal 38/39 (pump 2).
Is switched on = In the case of an incorrect phase sequence or the absence
of L2 or L3, an alarm is triggered and the pumps cannot be started up.
Is switched on = If no fluid is detected via the level recording, the pumps
cannot be started. The same applies to the manual function and to 24 h
activation and remote control systems.
Is switched on = All settings can be changed
Is switched off = Settings are displayed, but cannot be changed
Level – recording via ram pressure or air bubbles
Level – recording via float switch
Level – recording via external switch ( 4 – 20 mA)
The measuring range of the external level probe can be set
The language in the display can be toggled.
