Special precautions

The nominal operating voltage is 12V ±10% and is supplied by normal batteries installed on tractors; they
normally operate from 10V to 13.2V.
Voltages that stray from this range can cause problems and damage the electrical circuit.
Disconnect the supply voltage when taking apart or carrying out maintenance on units.
Do not connect the power cable to lighter plugs.
When the battery is dead or the alternator is worn, voltage peaks can occur which damage the electrical circuit. Check
the condition of the battery and the alternator often.
To prevent oxidation and incorrect contact with the connector terminals, coat them with silicone dielectric grease.
The minimum gauge of the wires of the electric valves must be 0.75 mm².
The minimum gauge of the power cable must be 2.5 mm².
