3 TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

Introduction

The Geoline electrical control units were designed and developed using the most advanced and modern technologies.
The result of this work is a series of modular units that may be assembled as desired.
The following materials are used:
Body
Gaskets
Parts in contact with fluids
The control units illustrated below (DPN) provide constant spraying per unit area (l/ha), even when the advancement
speed changes (provided that this is ±15% with the same gear engaged).
Increases/decreases in the tractor's speed determines increases/decreases in the pump's rpm and therefore the flow.
Higher speeds therefore correspond to faster flow rates; however, the liters/hectare remains the same. Vice versa for
lower speeds.
In fact, a constant amount of dispensed liquid (for speeds varying ±15%) is guaranteed by the valve port's coefficient.
Its mathematical formula is:

Loudness and noise were assessed to be lower than risk levels.

Identification plate

Every single module that makes up the control unit has an identification plate (on the electric
motor's cover or near the electrical connection). This plate is silver for 2-wire valves; it is
white for 3-wire valves.
